I have used your service since you opened your agency in 1993.  You have always gone beyond what one would expect in your attention to detail and provisioning of a completely carefree vacation.  There are many examples of your through attentiveness to detail.  I remember well the time my husband was confined to a wheelchair.  You arranged a cruise for us.  You had the ship personnel measure the width of the doorway to our stateroom.  You did that to ensure that the door opening was wide enough for the wheelchair to go through without any difficulty.
